What do you charge?

Our fees will vary according to how much advice and help you require. Please contact Nick House on 01386 881121 or [email protected] to discuss your plans.

No Fee for Initial Meeting

As a first step we recommend that a site meeting is set up with Nick House. This visit will be arranged with no obligation to proceed on your part and Nick is willing to make trips throughout the country. Your requirements can be discussed face to face and he will have the opportunity of carrying out an assessment of the site’s potential. Whilst there will be no charge for Nick’s time to attend this meeting, he asks you to reimburse his mileage costs for the drive from his office in the Cotswolds. This cost is charged at 45p per mile. Any other travelling expenses will not be charged without your prior approval.

After the meeting, you will be in a position to decide whether to take your plans forward. If you do, Nick will provide you with a fixed quote for any further work undertaken. It is not our policy to charge an hourly rate which enables you to keep a tighter control of your budget.
